No matter the project we are here for you we do part clearances and full clearances we can also accommodate hoarder clearances.
We have done many clearances from bungalows, to Apartments to House's.
What's involved in the house clearance?
Firstly you make contact with ourselves, we then book an appointment to meet and greet at the proposed property.
We then have a chat about what needs doing we have a slow walk around to check everything what needs taking away so we can get you the best price possible. Whilst we are having a walk around and a natter we take photos/videos of the rooms to be cleared.
We then conclude with what you want to keep we may give you a vague price but we aim to give you the full estimate of the job within 3hrs of leaving.
After the acceptance we will book you in for a completion date and send you a pack which will include the legal paperwork, a table for you to fill out regarding what you want keeping we even send you labels to stick on the items for you so we don't accidentally take them.
We turn up on the day you book us for and we clear the property. We will hand you a waste transfer note so you know your waste is getting disposed of legally and correctly. We also may find items we can send to charity our chosen charity is Acorns children's hospice.
Selling of items
You may want to sell items we can do that for you. We research the item and find the best price. We then list it on our sell page FJS VINTAGE or send it to auction all we take is a small commission it normally 30% £100 - £500 20% £501 - £1000 and anything over £1000 we take 10% unfortunately anything under £100 we wouldn't sell unless we got atleast 50% due to the time taken and storage.
